This text is a translation provided for convenience. The Turkish text is legally binding and prevails in case of any difference.

This policy explains the cookies and browser local storage items used on the go4villa website and apps. It should be read together with the Privacy Notice.

1. Strictly necessary cookies and items

Required for the Platform to work; not subject to consent (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), (f)).

  • g4v_sid (cookie, session / up to 30 days): your login session. Readable only by the server (HttpOnly).
  • g4v_sid_yonetici (cookie): only in an administrator support session.
  • g4v_erisim (cookie): site access for authorised persons during maintenance.
  • g4v_rez_taslak_… (local storage): draft of an unfinished booking form; only in your browser.

2. Preference (functional) cookies and items

They remember your choices; kept only in your browser and not used to identify you.

  • g4v_dil (cookie, 1 year): your chosen language.
  • g4v_para (cookie): the currency you chose for information-only currency display.
  • g4v_favori, g4v_son_aramalar (local storage): favourites and recent searches before you sign in; favourites are moved to your account when you sign in.
  • g4v_push_gosterildi, g4v_pwa_red (local storage): so the notification and app-install prompts are not shown again.

3. Analytics technologies

  • kb_vid (local storage, our own Kalynda Analytics service): anonymous visitor ID. Page views, clicks, device type and approximate location are measured. No cookies are used; secret parameters in addresses (booking code, e-mail, token) are masked before sending; no measurement takes place on admin and sign-in pages. Raw data is kept for no more than 72 hours. This measurement falls under section 2 of the Explicit Consent Text.

4. Marketing cookies

go4villa currently does not use advertising-network, retargeting or third-party marketing cookies. If they are introduced, this policy will be updated and your explicit consent obtained beforehand.

5. Third-party content

  • Videos: YouTube videos are shown in privacy-enhanced "youtube-nocookie.com" mode; when a video plays, Google may process data under its own policy.
  • Maps: your IP address is sent to OpenFreeMap and Esri when map tiles load; no cookies are set.
  • Push notifications: if you allow them, your browser's notification service creates a subscription record.

6. Managing your preferences

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and booking. You can withdraw consent to analytics by writing to — (to be completed by management) —; clearing your browser's local storage also resets the anonymous visitor ID.

Bu politika, go4villa internet sitesi ve uygulamalarında kullanılan çerezleri (cookie) ve tarayıcı yerel depolama kayıtlarını açıklar. KVKK Aydınlatma Metni ile birlikte okunmalıdır.

1. Zorunlu çerezler ve kayıtlar

Platform'un çalışması için gereklidir; rızaya tabi değildir (KVKK md. 5/2-c, f).

  • g4v_sid (çerez, oturum süresince / en çok 30 gün): giriş oturumunuz. Yalnız sunucu okuyabilir (HttpOnly).
  • g4v_sid_yonetici (çerez): yalnız yönetici destek oturumunda.
  • g4v_erisim (çerez): bakım döneminde izinli kişinin siteye erişimi.
  • g4v_rez_taslak_… (yerel depolama): yarım kalan rezervasyon formunuzun taslağı; yalnız tarayıcınızda.

2. Tercih (işlevsel) çerezleri ve kayıtlar

Seçimlerinizi hatırlar; yalnız tarayıcınızda tutulur ve sizi tanımlamak için kullanılmaz.

  • g4v_dil (çerez, 1 yıl): seçtiğiniz dil.
  • g4v_para (çerez): bilgi amaçlı döviz gösterimi için seçtiğiniz para birimi.
  • g4v_favori, g4v_son_aramalar (yerel depolama): giriş yapmadan önceki favorileriniz ve son aramalarınız; giriş yaptığınızda favoriler hesabınıza aktarılır.
  • g4v_push_gosterildi, g4v_pwa_red (yerel depolama): bildirim ve uygulama kurulum önerisinin tekrar gösterilmemesi.

3. Analitik teknolojiler

  • kb_vid (yerel depolama, şirketimizin kendi Kalynda Analytics hizmeti): anonim ziyaretçi kimliği. Sayfa görüntüleme, tıklama, cihaz türü ve yaklaşık konum ölçülür. Çerez kullanılmaz; adreslerdeki gizli parametreler (rezervasyon kodu, e-posta, belirteç) gönderilmeden önce gizlenir; yönetim ve giriş sayfalarında ölçüm yapılmaz. Ham veri en fazla 72 saat tutulur. Bu ölçüm Açık Rıza Metni md. 2 kapsamındadır.

4. Pazarlama çerezleri

go4villa şu anda reklam ağı, yeniden hedefleme ya da üçüncü taraf pazarlama çerezi kullanmamaktadır. Kullanılmaya başlanırsa bu politika güncellenir ve önceden açık rızanız alınır.

5. Üçüncü taraf içerikler

  • Videolar: YouTube videoları gizliliği artırılmış "youtube-nocookie.com" kipiyle gösterilir; video oynatıldığında Google kendi politikasına göre veri işleyebilir.
  • Haritalar: OpenFreeMap ve Esri harita döşemeleri yüklenirken IP adresiniz bu sağlayıcılara iletilir; çerez bırakılmaz.
  • Anlık bildirimler: izin verirseniz tarayıcınızın bildirim hizmeti bir abonelik kaydı oluşturur.

6. Tercihlerinizi yönetme

Tarayıcınızın ayarlarından çerezleri ve yerel depolamayı silebilir ya da engelleyebilirsiniz; zorunlu çerezlerin engellenmesi giriş ve rezervasyon işlevlerini bozabilir. Analitik ölçüme verdiğiniz rızayı — (yönetimden doldurulacak) — adresine yazarak geri alabilirsiniz; tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasını silmeniz anonim ziyaretçi kimliğini de sıfırlar.
