This general framework applies at all villas. Villa-specific rules (pets, parties, smoking, quiet hours, pool use, etc.) are shown separately on the villa page; where a villa-specific rule conflicts with this text, the villa-specific rule applies, but no specific rule may remove the guest's statutory rights.

1. Capacity and guests

• Only the persons declared in the booking may stay at the villa; maximum capacity may not be exceeded. Day visitors are subject to the host's permission.
• Under Law No. 1774, everyone staying must present an identity document at check-in. Staying without identity notification is prohibited.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present at the villa throughout the stay.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are stated in the listing. Early check-in and late check-out require the host's consent. At check-out, keys and remote controls are returned and the villa is left in reasonable order.

3. Neighbours, noise and events

• Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 (villa-specific rules may be stricter). Loud music and behaviour disturbing the neighbours must be avoided.
• Parties, weddings, commercial shoots or large events may not be held without the host's written permission.

4. Safety and pool

• There is no lifeguard at the pools; children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use of the pool is at the guest's own responsibility.
• Barbecues and open fires may only be used in designated areas and in compliance with fire bans. No smoking indoors (unless specifically permitted for the villa).
• Faults, accidents or safety issues must be reported immediately to the host and, if necessary, to 112.

5. Pets

Pets are accepted only if permitted in the listing and declared in the booking. The owner of the animal is liable for any damage it causes.

6. Damage deposit

• Collection: The amount stated in the listing is taken by the host at check-in in cash, by bank transfer or as a card pre-authorisation, and a receipt is given. The deposit is not part of the accommodation price; go4villa does not collect the deposit.
• Check-in inspection: Guests are advised to report any existing damage or missing items to the host via Platform messaging, with photos, within the first 12 hours; reported damage cannot be charged to the guest.
• Deductions: Deductions may be made only for damage, loss or extraordinary cleaning caused through the fault of the guest or their party, limited to the actual loss. Ordinary wear and tear is not grounds for a deduction. The host must notify any damage claim within 48 hours of check-out, documented with photos and, where possible, an invoice or quote.
• Refund: If there is no damage, the deposit is refunded in full on the day of check-out, or within 7 days at the latest. In case of a partial deduction, the remainder is refunded within the same period together with a written breakdown.
• Disputes: If the parties cannot agree, either may contact go4villa, which will review the evidence and propose a settlement. The parties' rights to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the courts are reserved.

7. Breach of the rules

If capacity is exceeded, identity notification is evaded, or there is serious noise or behaviour endangering safety, the host may end the stay after notifying the Platform; in that case no refund is given for unused nights and any loss may be claimed.
