This text is Annex 2 to the Host Service Agreement and applies to every host and team member uploading media to the Platform.
1. Statement of rights
The Host declares that it is the author of, or has obtained written permission under Law No. 5846 from the author of, the photos, videos, drone footage, 360° panoramas, floor plans and texts it uploads (the "Media"); that it has obtained the explicit consent of any persons appearing in the Media (staff, guests, etc.); and that the Media does not infringe third parties' intellectual property, personality or privacy rights. The Host is responsible for ensuring drone footage complies with applicable aviation rules.
2. Licence granted
The Host grants KALYNDA TEKNOLOJİ HAVACILIK VE TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (go4villa) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence over the Media, sub-licensable only for the purposes below. The licence covers reproduction, adaptation (cropping, resizing, colour correction, watermarking, translation, format conversion), communication to the public and distribution, and may be used only to: display the listing on go4villa's website, mobile apps, e-mails and notifications; promote go4villa and the listing on social media, search engines, comparison sites and advertising campaigns; and for region and category pages and press materials.
3. Term and withdrawal
The licence continues while the Media is published on the Platform and for 90 days after the listing is removed (to exhaust published campaign and press materials). When a listing is removed, the Platform removes the Media from its own site within a reasonable time and makes reasonable efforts to withdraw content previously published on third-party channels. Photos added by guests to published reviews are outside the scope of this licence.
4. Content produced by the Platform
Photos, videos and texts commissioned or produced by the Platform belong to the Platform; the Host may not use them on other channels without written permission.
5. Infringement notices
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, send the content address, information and documents showing your rights, and your contact details to — (to be completed by management) —. The notice is reviewed; where the infringement is clear, the content is removed immediately and the uploader informed. The notifier is liable for untrue notices.
6. Indemnity
The Host is liable for claims, damages and costs brought against the Platform because of the Media.

Bu metin, Villa Sahibi Hizmet Sözleşmesi'nin Ek-2'sidir ve Platform'a medya yükleyen her villa sahibi ve ekip üyesi için geçerlidir.
1. Hak sahipliği beyanı
Villa Sahibi, yüklediği fotoğraf, video, drone görüntüsü, 360° panorama, kat planı ve metinlerin ("Medya") eser sahibi olduğunu ya da eser sahibinden 5846 sayılı Kanun'a uygun yazılı izin aldığını; Medya'da yer alan kişilerin (personel, misafir vb.) açık rızasını aldığını ve Medya'nın üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet, kişilik ve özel hayat haklarını ihlal etmediğini beyan eder. Drone çekimlerinin ilgili havacılık mevzuatına uygun yapılması Villa Sahibi'nin sorumluluğundadır.
2. Verilen lisans
Villa Sahibi, Medya üzerinde KALYNDA TEKNOLOJİ HAVACILIK VE TURİZM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ'ne (go4villa); münhasır olmayan, bedelsiz, dünya çapında, alt lisans verilebilir (yalnız aşağıdaki amaçlarla) bir kullanım izni verir. Bu izin; çoğaltma, işleme (kırpma, boyutlandırma, renk düzeltme, filigran, çeviri, format dönüştürme), umuma iletim ve yayma haklarını kapsar ve yalnız şu amaçlarla kullanılabilir: ilanın go4villa sitesi, mobil uygulamaları, e-postaları ve bildirimlerinde gösterilmesi; go4villa'nın ve ilanın sosyal medya, arama motoru, karşılaştırma siteleri ve reklam kampanyalarında tanıtımı; bölge ve kategori sayfaları ile basın materyalleri.
3. Süre ve geri alma
Lisans, Medya Platform'da yayında kaldığı sürece ve ilanın yayından kalkmasını izleyen 90 gün boyunca (yayımlanmış kampanya ve basın materyallerinin tükenmesi için) devam eder. İlan kaldırıldığında Platform Medya'yı makul süre içinde kendi sitesinden kaldırır; daha önce üçüncü kişi mecralarda yayımlanmış içeriklerin geri çekilmesi için makul çaba gösterir. Yayımlanmış yorumlara misafirlerin eklediği fotoğraflar bu lisansın kapsamı dışındadır.
4. Platform tarafından üretilen içerik
Platform'un kendi çektirdiği ya da ürettiği fotoğraf, video ve metinler Platform'a aittir; Villa Sahibi bunları yazılı izin olmadan başka kanallarda kullanamaz.
5. Hak ihlali bildirimi
Platform'da hakkınızı ihlal eden bir içerik olduğunu düşünüyorsanız; içeriğin adresini, hak sahipliğinizi gösteren bilgi ve belgeyi ve iletişim bilgilerinizi — (yönetimden doldurulacak) — adresine bildirin. Bildirim incelenir; ihlal açıksa içerik derhâl kaldırılır ve yükleyen bilgilendirilir. Gerçeğe aykırı bildirimden doğan sorumluluk bildirene aittir.
6. Tazmin
Medya nedeniyle Platform'a yöneltilen talep, tazminat ve masraflardan Villa Sahibi sorumludur.
